- Question: What platforms do you offer?
- Answer: Currently we only offer Mac OS X icons
- Question: How can I obtain those icon packs?
- Answer: You can sent us an e-mail located in the top menubar, under Contact
- Question: Are those icon packs royalty free?
- Answer: Yes, all purchased icons are royalty free!
- Question: Why no downloadables?
- Answer: Actually that one is simple, you don’t want to pay for something you don’t use! (download 160 icons you will pay for 160 icons). Instead we give customized advise and based on those anwsers we will offer you a icon pack.
Here are some example questions we could ask:
- What kind of company or organization do you have?
- What kind of product(s) or service(s) do you offer?
- How many icon(s) do you need or need to be designed?
- What size(s) do they need to be?
- What kind of deliverable(s) do you want?
- What’s your budget?
Some icons we have are on the shelf (cheaper!), some need to be created from scratch (more work!)
- Question: I already have an icon for my application but I want it redone, do I get a discount?
- Answer: You already answered your own question, redone is made over, so we treat it like a new icon. So no discount.
- Question: I’m a newbie Mac software developer, but I’m on a tight budget, do I get a discount?
- Answer: We probably can work something out, if the project is interesting enough I might even do it for free!
- Question: What kind of services do you offer?
- Answer: I provide photo realistic application icons (512px and smaller or larger ones (2000px) which are suitable for packaging/print, installer setup and website design), toolbar icons (32px, 24px and 16px), user interface design and consulting for Mac OS X applications and web design.
