iTunes (Music) (Games) (Movies) Store hence the name! iTunes already left it’s origin a long time ago. Apple should work out some­thing (iMedia Store or what­ever). iTunes is a strong brand, but it doesn’t cover it’s orig­i­nal propo­si­tion any­more! Apple lost the Com­puter in it’s name to state: more then just com­put­ers. The iTunes brand has to be updated! It’s an online store where the con­sumer can buy music, games, movies, audio­books etc. not just music! If I’ve under­stood cor­rectly Apple’s is going to offer soft­ware in it’s line-​up. The iPhone/iPod Touch are the first to receive it’s apps through iTunes.

Online ser­vices are the next big evo­lu­tion­ary thing after Web 2.0. You already see some com­pa­nies making the shift, like Adobe with it’s Adobe Pho­to­shop Online (PSX), Adobe even branded the Pho­to­shop line with a new very much dis­cussed (Web 2.0 Aquaish) logo. Google is also exper­i­ment­ing with online apps (Cal­en­dar, Docs, Talk etc.) and Apple already has it’s .Mac ser­vices for years (thanks to WebOb­jects). I think and pre­dict that a lot of com­pa­nies will offer these kind of ser­vices in the future and see a tighter inte­gra­tion between web-​based appli­ca­tions and desktop-​based appli­ca­tions, maybe even elim­i­nat­ing their desk­top cousins and trans­form into a sub­scrip­tion based model.

My wife send me an URL of this very funny web­site called Addict­ing Games. They have a game called The Idiot Test. The game uses a vari­ety of psy­cho­log­i­cal, cog­ni­tive and memory depen­dent tricks to check your wits. Stay alert and have fun!

We’re totally hooked at this game! You can stare and gaze over min­utes at the same pic­ture and still not see that pesky lob­ster. We played all avail­able episodes in one breath or shall I say in a couple of days? My girl­friend is a true sher­lock in the making.

As a die-​hard gamer, I’m a Bliz­zard lover. 1. They make excel­lent games with cin­e­matic game expe­ri­ences. 2. They always release their games simul­ta­ne­ously for Mac and PC. 3. Just, fun. Bliz­zard for anyone who’ve might have missed it; has released Star­Craft 2. As usual, I was blown away by the qual­ity of their game art.

I hope they will make a movie some­time?! I’m not even going to describe the game just sit back, pump-​up your volume and enjoy the ride… Here’s the gor­geous the cin­e­matic trailer.

After play­ing God Of War we had to buy the sequel! It was released a little bit later then pre­vi­ous antic­i­pated but this will keeps us busy for a couple of days.

The sequel to the best game ever God Of War. Kratos will be fight­ing again against myth­i­cal crea­tures like the three-​headed dog Cere­bus, a one-​eyed giant cyclops and a flying Gryphon.
Kratos will also be seen riding on the eagle Grif­fon. Check out these amaz­ing video’s of the actual game­play on Gamespot.
The God Of War II is set in ancient Greece and has better looks and appeal than it’s pre­de­ces­sor. So Kratos lives to die another day.
Accord­ing to sources it will be released in the market on March 13, 2007.
