Here at digitalrendezvous we love: Twitter, StumbleUpon, delicious, Flickr, Technorati, DIGG, WordPress, Reddit, Tumblr, Jaiku, Google. The reason I love this stuff is: it connects people in ways which wasn’t previously possible. So to say it’s a lifestyle a digital lifestyle. People like to interact with people, we like to interact with you.
That’s the reason why we created digitalrendezvous, the name says it all! We are continually improving our features, codebase and design. We love your feedback and we have some exciting things up our sleeves ;)
digitalrendezvous is a success because of our readers and we like to thank you for this. We will work hard to make digitalrendezvous a social platform.
So let’s rendezvous…

Urban Roaming

Axio Urban Carbon Hardpack

When I bought my MacBook Pro I also bought myself a new backpack or in this case a hardpack.
Axio’s standard dual zone compartments with 4-panel organizers can fit up to a 17″ MacBook Pro which remains secure in a fleece-lined cocoon. With it’s urban stylish badges, unique contrast zipper stitching, headphone pocket with external exit makes it extremely comfortable and appealing eye-candy. Here are some product highlights:

  • Molded polycarbonate hardshell
  • Oversized padded shoulder straps with phone pocket
  • Ergonomic back panel with “sponge” foam for comfort
  • Dual zone compartments opening to 4 separate panels
  • Dedicated padded laptop compartment - fleeced lined
  • Large external back zipper pocket for easy access
  • Holds a 17” MacBook Pro and 15” notebooks or smaller
  • Stylish black chrome zipper pulls and badges
  • Sporty contrast zipper stitching

MacWorld San Francisco 2008

MacWorld San Francisco 2008

In the West & South Hall, Moscone Center (San Francisco, CA) at January 15 - 18, 2008 you can hear Apple’s CEO, Steve Jobs, deliver the Macworld Conference & Expo keynote address at the kick off of the biggest Macintosh community event of the year.

There’s something in the air

There's something in the air

Apple teaser banners have begun cropping up around San Francisco’s Moscone Center. They only state: 2008 There’s something in the air. The sentence says it all! ;)

NEW! Come in, it’s OpenID!

OpenID

OpenID is an open and decentralized identity system, designed not to crumble if one company turns evil or goes out of business. We love open standards here and your privacy is very important to us. As of today digitalrendezvous will support OpenID.

Your Tunes Take Flight

Ladybug Entertainment System closed

The International Consumer Electronics Show 2008 just launched today in Las Vegas! It will take place January 7-10. A lot of gadgets & goodies will be released during these days. One I would like to show you is this entertainment system called the Ladybug from Vestalife.

Ladybug Entertainment System opened

There’s simply nothing quite like the Vestalife Ladybug. Flip out the speaker “wings” on this sleek, high-tech device and you have an iPod-based entertainment system featuring a built-in sub-woofer for lots of bass, a digital amplifier and one of the coolest soft-touch finishes you’ve ever experienced. Sit it on a counter. Take it with you. The Vestalife Ladybug is designed to be part of your life.

Designed to move you

Logitech MX Revolution

My trusty Logitech MX1000 died on me today, so I had to replace it. I fired up Safari and visited the Logitech website. After dropping my eye-ball on the MX Air Rechargeable Cordless Air Mouse, I chose the MX Revolution, I don’t see myself Wii-ing-up those Photoshop documents. :P

Logitech MX Revolution

So we’re now cruising at digital full-speed 2.4GHz, flawlessly fighting those pixels with the Advanced Laser Engine. ;) This mouse made me think of the Apple Pro Mouse commercial: “Born To Be Wild“, the only difference is the Apple Pro Mouse is (a still)born, this mouse is wild.
